I've explained to them the pay scale for this position and the type of work that they can expect and discussed that they were flagged as more associate editor than AE.   Some of them came to the residency looking for more exposure to the systems of a bigger production studio.  Also we have discussed that alot of times these studios work on doc series which typically don't have the Associate Editor position.  We
